Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash Soup

20 ounces butternut squash
1/2 cup onion
1 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup carrots
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
14 1/2 ounces lowfat chicken broth
3 ounces chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash Soup

  1. Boil butternut squash, drain, and puree.

  2. Combine squash and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook for 10 minutes.
