Easy homemade butternut squash soup

Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash Soup

40 oz Squash, Winter, Butternut
2 medium Onions
1 serving America's Choice Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
2 oz Water
1 clove Garlic
2 serving America's Choice Light Cream
250 g Carrots
1 serving Sour Cream Regular
1 tbsp(14 g) Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash Soup

  1. Dice onions and mince garlic

  2. Saute in butter in large saucepan

  3. Add chicken broth, butternut squash and carrots, bring to a boil

  4. Lower heat and simmer for about 25 minutes, or until carrots and squash are "mushy"

  5. Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
