600 grams Squash, Winter, Butternut
100 grams Onions
4 tbsp Oil Olive Light in Flavour
0.25 tsp Ginger, Ground
600 grams Stock Cubes
4 serving Organic Unsweetened
1 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Saute the onion and garlic. add the ginger and diced butternut. Saute more. Add liquids, cook till tender. Pure, season.
