Recipe Ingredients for butternut squash soup

20 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
2 tbsp ICBINB! Regular (Soft)
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 Cube Stock Cubes
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp Cumin Seed
2 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
1 serving tesco sibngle cream
0.25 tbsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for butternut squash soup

peel the pumpkin and chop into small pieces. melt the butter in a pan and add the onions (chopped), cook until soft. add the cumin seeds and cook for 1 minute then add the squash, stock and bay leaf. bring to the boil then simmer for 20 mins or until the squash is soft. remove the bay leaves and leave to cool slightly. blend until smoot, return to the heat and gently stir in the cream and nutmeg. simmer until warmed through, season with salt and fresh ground pepper.
