1/2 yellow onion
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 1/2 cups vegetable broth

  1. bake the squash

  2. sautee the onion with garlic

  3. add the squash and the broth and let it simmer for about 10 minutes

  4. food process with the pine nuts, then let it simmer for another 10.
