Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash Soup

2 c cooked butternut squash
4 c water
6 g (1 tbsp) chicken soup powder
1/3 c Splenda no-calorie

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash Soup

  1. Peel and cube the squash

  2. Steam until soft

  3. Place squash in blender with soup mix and splenda.

  4. Process until pureed

  5. Serve with a shake of cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
