Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash Soup

6 cups butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed
5 cups water
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 large onion, diced
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash Soup

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 3.5-4 hours, low for 6-8 hours, or until vegetables are tender.

  2. Remove soup from slow cooker in batches and blend until smooth, or blend using immersion blender.

  3. Return blended soup to slow cooker and heat through.
