Yummy winter soup. Spices are strong so don't go overboard or Roy won't like it.

Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash Soup

1 squash, butternut
1 large potato
2 cups parsnip
1 carrot
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp curry

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash Soup

  1. Cook vegtables until soft.

  2. Keep drained water.

  3. Add spices and whip in blender.

  4. Use drained water to add moisture if necessary during blending.

  5. Serve with dollup of yogart or sour cream.
