Low calorie butternut squash soup

Recipe Ingredients for butternut squash soup

1 large squash, winter, butternut baked
12 oz fat free milk
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup of water

Recipe Directions for butternut squash soup

  1. bake butternut squash cut side down at 350 for 45 mins.

  2. add half the squash to blender with half milk and half the water and salt and cinnamon.

  3. blend and add to a bowl.

  4. Repeat for second half only don't add salt and cinnamon.

  5. Mix both portions together.

  6. serve warm :)
