Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash Soup

1 3/4 cups butternut squash
14 oz fat free vegetable broth
56 grams onion
168 grams potato
1 cup fat free milk
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash Soup

Cook potatoes in broth. Mash when cooked. Add cooked squash and other ingredients. Simmer for a few minutes.
