3 tbsp chopped Onions
4 medium Carrots
4 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
4 cup Vegetable Stock
1 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
4 dash Pepper, Black

take onions and carrots chop and sautee in saucepan. add butternut squash once onions are clear. add vegetable stock and let cook for 20 min..use blender or hand blender and blend until smooth.
