Recipe Ingredients for butternut squash soup w/ broccoli

2 lb. butternut squash
1 celery stalk
1 small onion
1 broccoli stalk
1 potato
32 oz. chicken broth
1 tbsp. butter

Recipe Directions for butternut squash soup w/ broccoli

  1. bake squash 45 min @ 400 degrees.

  2. cook all other veggies in pot for 5 min or until onions clear.

  3. add squash and broth, bring to boil.

  4. cover and simmer 40 min.

  5. blend with immersion blender until desired consistency.
