1 tbsp. minced onions
10 oz. cooked butternut squash, pureed
1/2 tsp.red pepper flakes, optional
2 tsp. garlic powder, divided
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. cream cheese
2 tsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp. milk

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash Sauce

Heat oil in a saucepan. Add onions. Stir in squash, red pepper, and garlic. Heat until simmering. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and serve.
