2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 small Onions
30 grams Vegetable Stock

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash and Roasted Red Pepper

Cut butternut squash into cubes, slice red pepper, onions - put on baking tray and coat with garlic and olive oil - roast at 425 for 35 minutes. Add ingredients to pot on stove, add veggie stock and bring to a boil. Add milk then blend all ingredients. Enjoy.
