Recipe Ingredients for butternut squash - reduced sodium

8 cups butternut squash, cubed
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1/4 t pepper
1 1/2 cups lower sodium chicken broth
2 cups water
1 T curry powder
2 T fat free sour cream

combine and simmer. Process in blender to make smooth. top with sour cream
