A simple butternut squash ravioli to help you get your fiber for the day. Especially good with veggies!

Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash Ravioli

1 cup butternut squash
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
2 tbsp parmesan
13 wonton wrappers
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp thyme

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash Ravioli

  1. Bake your butternut squash in the oven afte cutting it in half. Scrape all the innards out in to a bowl.

  2. Mix cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice in to full amount of squash.

  3. Scoop out one cup of the butternut squash. To it, add 2 tbsp of parmesan.

  4. Lay out wonton wrappers. Put the butternut squash in the middle. (About a tsp each). Put together. Toss into a boiling pot. Let cook for about 5 minutes, remove.

  5. While that's cooking, brown butter. Add thyme. Pour over wonton wrappers.
