Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash, Potato, and Turkey Sauage Stir Fry 2

4 cup butternut squash, peeled and cubed
1 cup onions, sliced and divided
4 cup potatoes, sliced
1 tbsp margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 1/4 lb hot turkey sausage
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp celery salt

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash, Potato, and Turkey Sauage Stir Fry 2

  1. Cook sausage with half the onion until almost done.

  2. Melt margarine in a large skillet.

  3. Sautee the squash for 3-5 minutes. Add all the reamining ingredients.

  4. Fry until vegetables are tender.
