Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash, Potato, and Turkey Sauage Stir Fry Recipe

4 cup butternut squash, peeled and cubed
1 cup onions, sliced
4 cup potatoes, sliced
1 tbsp margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 lb hot turkey sausage

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash, Potato, and Turkey Sauage Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Cook sausage until almost done.

  2. Melt margarine in a large skillet.

  3. Sautee the potatoes for 3-5 minutes. Add all the reamining ingredients. Fry until vegetables are tender.
