0.13 tsp Nutmeg
0.13 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.13 tsp Ginger Root
1 tbsp Molasses
1 tbsp Chia Seed
12 grams Pecans
8 oz Raspberries

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash and Molasses breakfast

Puree squash, milk, molasses and spices in blender. Mix it together with the quinoa, chia seeds, raspberries and pecans. Enjoy!
