Recipe Ingredients for butternut squash macaroni and cheese

5 cups macaroni
2 cups brussels sprouts
1 cup parmesan cheese
18 ounce chicken breast
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
2 cups butternut squash
2 tbsp canola oil
2 cups chicken broth

Recipe Directions for butternut squash macaroni and cheese

  1. Place oil in a pan and heat up.

  2. Add cubed chicken and cok until done.

  3. Remove chicken and place onions and garlic into the pan.

  4. Cook until browned and then remove from pan.

  5. Place cubed squash and brussels sprouts into pan with chicken broth.

  6. Cook until vegetables are tender.

  7. Remove and mix all the above ingredients together with cooked macaroni and parmesan cheese.

  8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

  9. May garnish top with parmesan cheese and/or bread crumbs.
