Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash and Lentil Soup

1 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
137 grams Tomatoes Diced
1/4 cup Red Lentils
1 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash and Lentil Soup

  1. Add tomatoes with 1 cup water and cubed butternut squash. Bring to the boil, add red lentils, and then turn heat down to simmer for 25-30 minutes. In the mean time grill bacon strip until crisp.

  2. When lentils and squash are cooked serve with bacon crumbled on top.
