Recipe Ingredients for Butternut squash and lentil soup

3 cups butternut squash
1 cup potatoe
1 cup parsnip
1 cup lentils
1 cup onion
3 cups water
1/2 stock cube
1/2 garlic clove
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Butternut squash and lentil soup

  1. chop all vege's

  2. Fry off the onions and garlic

  3. Put everything in a saucepan with enough water to cover

  4. Boil until tender

  5. Seperate the vege leaving a few bits out if you like chunky soup.

  6. Process until smooth then add the cooking water until its at the right consitancy :)

  7. It works out at less than 50 calories a laddle
