Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash and Kale Lasagne

1 large Onions
5 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
225 grams Kale
2 tbsp Olive Oil
25 grams ICBINB! Regular (Soft)
25 grams Flour
0.25 serving Lasagne Sheets
120 grams cathedral city mature cheese
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
250 grams Ricotta, Whole Milk Cheese
20 fl oz Milk

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash and Kale Lasagne

  1. preheat oven to 200 cube the butternutsquash and slice the oinio, put in a roasting tin with the oil season well and roast for 25 mins tossing halfway through

  2. make the white sause - melt the butter add the flour then slowly add the milk. keep stiring until it thickens and then add the ricotta, nutmeg, mix and season

  3. cook the kale and drain. season generously

  4. spoon the butternut squash into the dish and layer the kale ontop. pour 1/3 of the white sauce over lay the lasagene over the top. pour on the rest of the white sauce sprinkle the cheese and put back in the oven for 30-35 mins until golden brown.
