Butternut squash gratin - perfect dish for autumn!

Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash Gratin

48 oz Squash, Winter, Butternut
3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
1.5 cup, shredded Gruyere Cheese
2 tbsp Sage, Ground

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash Gratin

  1. Peel and slice butternut squash. Toss in 2 tbsps oil and apple cider vinegar.

  2. Bake butternut squash for 30 minutes at 400F.

  3. Meanwhile, caramelize onions.

  4. Remove squash from oven. Allow to cool. Layer half of the squash in a casserole dish. Cover with caramalized onions. Cover with remaining squash.

  5. Top with cheese. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes until bubbling.

  6. Serve & Enjoy!
