6 oz Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 1tsp Olive Oil
4 oz Penne Dry
2 oz Broccoli
100 grams Goat, Soft Type Cheese

Recipe Directions for Butternut squash & goats cheese pasta

Fry squash in oil until tender and starting to colour.. Mix with cooked pasta and steamed broccoli, stir in goats cheese and allow to start to melt.
