1 box lasagna noodles
4 oz goat cheese
1 cup ricotta
1 cup spinach
2 cups butternut squash
3 tbsp butter
1 cup skim milk
1 cup vegetable stock

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese Lasagna

  1. Layer no boil noodles.

  2. Top them with spinach and cheese mixture.

  3. From there, top with butternut squash sauce.

  4. Layer the no boil noodles on top, and repeat process.
