Recipe Ingredients for butternut squash cookies

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups butternut squash
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Recipe Directions for butternut squash cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Butternut squash should be cooked and mashed.

  3. cream butter and sugars.

  4. add eggs and squash, mix until combined

  5. in a separate bowl, combine all the dry

  6. mix the dry into the wet

  7. add raisins and pecans

  8. Scoop onto a pan and put in the oven for 12-14 minutes
