24 oz Squash
2 Serving Red Raw Chillies
2 pieces Garlic Cloves
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tsp Chicken Stock

Recipe Directions for Butternut squash & chilli soup

Wash and dice the butternut squash (you can leave the skin on) Deseed the chillies Peel the garlic place in a baking tray and sprinkle with the olive oil Place in the oven at 180 for about 40 minutes or untill the butternut squash is tender. bring the stock to the boil and add the baked ingredients and blend it with a hand blender untill smooth. season the taste
