Recipe Ingredients for butternut squash and chicken soup

600 g butternut squash
250 g chicken fillet
200 g carrots
100 g broccoli
150 g red lentiL
1 stock cubes

Recipe Directions for butternut squash and chicken soup

  1. slice all veg

  2. place in a pan with the oxo vegetable stock and lentils until soft

  3. cook to your desired thickness and add water if necessary

  4. remove from the stove and blend

  5. enjoy
