Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Squash and Cannellini bean stew

595 grams Squash, Winter, Butternut
100 grams Onion Red
227 grams Cannellini Beans
10 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Cube Stock Cubes
1 tsp Herbes de Provence
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 cloves, raw Garlic

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash and Cannellini bean stew

Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft and translucent. Add stock cube with a litre of water, add the butternut squash and simmer for 30 minutes or until soft. 1/2 way through add the herbes de provence. When soft add the cannellini beans (soaked over night or canned) Cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat and season to taste.
