1080 g Butternut Squash
2 cans fat free chicken broth
230 g blue cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream

Recipe Directions for Butternut Squash and Blue Cheese Soup

Boil the squash in the broth, assing more water if needed. Puree squash with some of the liquid until desired consistency. Blend Blue cheese in, return to pot, add cream.
