3/4 lb butternut squash
1 small onion
3 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons rosemary leaves
2 teaspoons thyme leaves
2 tablespoons mustard
1/3 cup blue cheese

Recipe Directions for Butternut squash and apple galette

Slice apple, squash and quarter onion. Melt butter and toss vegetables. Add rosemary and thyme - toss. Arrange in galette or bake in oven with a little water.
