Recipe Ingredients for butternut squash, apple, bacon soup

40 oz Squash, Winter, Butternut
12 oz Granny Smith Apples
1 cup, sliced Onions
8 slice Extra Lean Turkey Bacon
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Butter
4 cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for butternut squash, apple, bacon soup

  1. cook bacon in pot

  2. take out and add squash until browned

  3. add apple, onion

  4. add salt, pepper and sage

  5. brown more

  6. add chx broth and bring to boil

  7. simmer until all is soft

  8. puree
