200 grams Squash, Winter, Butternut
2 Cube Vegetable Stock Cubes

Recipe Directions for butternut soup

  1. to prepare easily cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise and

  2. place half of it in the microwave for about 6-8 minutes

  3. scoop out the seeds and discard

  4. scoup out the flesh (it comes away easily now)

  5. blend the flesh with stock cube and boiling water till the consistency you want.

  6. add curry powder or tinned veggies if desired
