Good on pasta, or on spaghetti squash

Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Sauce

3 cups butternut squash, cooked 1 cup celery, diced 1 medium onion, diced 1/4 cup carrots, diced 2 Tbsp margarine 1.5 cups water 2 tsps

Recipe Directions for Butternut Sauce

Saute onions, celery and carrots in the margine until soft. Add the butternut squash, sage and garlic along with 1.5 cups water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until squash breaks down. Puree roughly in blender and return to pot. Add the whipping cream and heat through.
