Recipe Ingredients for Butternut

1 cup butternut squash , pureed
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/4 t allspice
1 packet splenda (I used the french vanilla for coffee one)

  1. heat the squash in the micro for a minute

  2. stir in the remaining ingredients
