1700 baked w/o seeds or skin butternut squash
850 canned pumpkin
42 oz vegetable broth
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
7 c water

Recipe Directions for butternut pumpkin squash with vegetable broth

  1. Blend everything together.

  2. Add extra water to desired consistency

  3. Sweeten with some Splenda if desired.
