Unusual tart with bready crust and sweet blue cheese and veg topping

Recipe Ingredients for Butternut, Pear & Gorgonzola Tarte

250 grams Wheat Flour, White, Bread, Enriched
25 grams Yeast
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
2 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears

Recipe Directions for Butternut, Pear & Gorgonzola Tarte

Make the dough first and leave to rise at least 1 hour in a warm oven. Roll out and put in a tart pan, folding over the outside edge. Cover bottom with blue cheese and top with cubed squash and pear which have been tossed in oil and seasoned. Sprinkle with time. Bake 35 mins at 220c. Take out, allow to cool for 5 minutes, then cut and serve.
