4 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
300 grams Lentils
3 Serving Vegetable Stock
410 grams Blue Dragon Light Coconut Milk
1 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Coriander Seed
45 grams Thai Red Curry Paste

Recipe Directions for Butternut & Lentil Curry

  1. Fry curry paste then add coconut milk and fry for 4-5 minutes

  2. add in stock, butternut and lentils

  3. Simmer for 30 minutes until lentil are tender
