brown rice pasta, not whole wheat

Recipe Ingredients for butternut kale bake

10 oz whole wheat pasta
1 1/5 pound butternut squash
3 cups kale
1/2 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mozzarella
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup grated parmesan

Recipe Directions for butternut kale bake

  1. preheat oven to 400

  2. saute garlic and onion in olive oil

  3. cook pasta

  4. steam squash in microwave

  5. add chunks to olive oil and saute

  6. season with salt and pepper, and add pepper flakes

  7. add kale and wilt in

  8. add parmesan cheese and stir in

  9. add tuna and stir through

  10. add all ingredients to baking dish

  11. cover with mozarella and bake for 15-20 minutes
