Recipe Ingredients for butternut curry with stir fry

1 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
2 medium Onions
2 oz Curry Paste
2 fl oz Lite
1 Apple Apples
2 medium Sweetpotato
0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms
2 cup Stir Fry Vegetables

Recipe Directions for butternut curry with stir fry

saute onions then add curry paste, cook for few minutes, add diced butternut squash, then add 250 fl oz veg stock apple diced and sweet potato diced bring to boil, then then simmer for 15 mins add runner beans 5 mins before serving
