Recipe Ingredients for Butternut and chick pea filling for wraps

8 oz butternut squash, cut into strips
2 oz red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 large onion, sliced
8 oz chick peas
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Butternut and chick pea filling for wraps

Heat the oil in a wok, cook off the onion than add the red peppers and butternut squah fry off for 2-3 minutes, then add the spices stir fry for a couple of minutes add the cooked chick peas, add the water cover and cook for 15 minutes or until veggies are soft.
