Recipe Ingredients for Butternut Buckwheat Breakfast Bowl

0.5 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
0.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.13 tsp Nutmeg
0.13 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.13 tsp Ginger Root
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup Raspberries
0.25 cup, chopped Pecans
1 cup Buckwheat Groats, Roasted, Cooked
1 cup Buckwheat Groats, Roasted, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Butternut Buckwheat Breakfast Bowl

In a food processor or blender, blend together butternut squash ingredients through Vanilla. Once incorporated, add the squash mixture to the buckwheat and mix in the chia seeds. Top with pecans and fresh fruit and serve. This makes a great dessert too if you add a couple of tablespoons of chocolate whey protein powder to the squash mixture (you may need to add some water to get desired consistency though).
