1 cup chocolate chips
3 cups buttermilk
3 large eggs
6 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter

  1. Beat Eggs

  2. Add remaining ingredients to eggs except butter; beat until smooth.

  3. Melt butter in pan over medium high heat. Pour half cup of batter on pan; cook until begins to bubble; flip; cook until browned.
