2 c Lowfat Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1/4 c Canola Oil
1/2 c Wheat Germ
1 1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Soda

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Using 1/3 C portions, spoon onto hot nonstick skillet and coock until firm around edges. Flip and cook opposite side until cooked thru.
