Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Syrup

2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
2 tbsp. karo syrup
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Syrup

Heat butter, sugar, karo,and buttermilk in large saucepan. When mixture starts to boil, remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Serve warm, refrigerate leftovers.
