Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Scones

3 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1/3 cup Splenda
3/4 cup light margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Scones

  1. measure and mix dry ingredients

  2. blend in margarine until mixture looks like course crumbs

  3. add buttermilk and raisins

  4. fold together and pat out on a pan

  5. score to make 12 servings
