Traditional South Africa Buttermilk Rusks.

Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Rusks

1000 grams Flour
1 1/2 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, Whole
250 grams Butter
2 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
6 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Rusks

Melt butter. Add eggs, buttermilk and oil. Mix dry ingredients. Add liquiid. Roll into small balls and stack in a bread tin. Bake 180 for 1 hour. Allow to cool. Break up and dry out in warm oven overnight.
