1/2 c Smart Balance
2 c sugar
1 tbsp flour, rounded
3/4 c egg substitute
1 1/2 c buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Add sugar to butter, cream together well. Add flour and egg substitute, beat well. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla.

  3. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
