Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Pancakes

1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups flour
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Pancakes

  1. add ingredients as listed in blender

  2. puree for 10 seconds, scrape down sides, blend again for 10 to 20 seconds or until well blended

  3. pour on hot griddle until bubbles form, turn
